I will post this again in the league chat. For me the thing that makes Paydirt the most fun is waking up/or staying up to see what your opponents have to say. Good or bad. I would love for you newer guys to get into the 1979 season thread and be a part of something special. I know It's an allocation draft ...lots of time and energy spent. Actually, one of the best, or at least even startups I've been a part of..The idea of a "B" league will only serve to make the game stronger.

I am far and away NOT the expert on MFN..I know what I know from watching and listening and copying guys that are in the Paydirt league. Way too many to mention by name. I thank gdadb for talking beercloud into giving me an opportunity to compete with the best! My division mates Wolveraider and Jgcruz and some times greyghost. have kept the competition at a fever pitch. Join in the 1979 thread. you can't go wrong.

so early predictions on your team ?

I am still rather new so its hard to judge where I stand .. but I have a gut feeling so lets see how good we are at giving honest and true predictions and then look at the end of the year and see how well we know our own teams.

I really think its a now or never time for my team .. we drafted majority 5-6 year players and rolled dice on a handful rookies .. that I must say mostly busted .. I have a rookie FS that looks good and my QB has a chance to at least not lose me games ..

9-7 ... maybe 10-6 with a wildcard berth a possibility. then its untelling where it will go depending on who else makes it and seating etc. is what I believe I will do. of course it could go drastically different so hard to tell this early .. seeing more then a couple experienced players here .. and a few in the Paydirt league as well means the learning curve will be short .. but hey if it was easy everyone would do it.

I have competed against both of you, shaver took over my Voodoo team in the USFL and meatmen and I go way back in paydirt, both are very good owners. I recently switched ownership to worse off teams in both leagues, but will return to a competitive level in season or two. I have always believed in activity breeds activity and that starts at the top. In this league with beer and jouameng, this is very true, both are active which makes the league more active. It is great to be in another league with beercloud's leadership.

Ghost idk how you do it...yer awesome ..yeah we were division mates in 35. long ago....with ole jsid where I learn'd my licks..I am really proud of what I accomplished in KC .."not ruling out a move in the coming years'..bring back a challenged team is this league is tough..it will involve lots of trades and " I suck at trading, i trust no one"

The loss in the big game was tough..Honestly, I never in my wildest dreams thought we could get that far. The coach believed, the team believed, I thought I was getting fired.

Now I'm managing two teams..named the GMOTY. bottom line you can .................MM

Thank you, I wish the owner that followed when I left the Rams would have been better. That team was ready to go. The plan is to stay with Jacksonville for a while. They are close to being a playoff team. You did an awesome job with Kansas City last *season very impressive.
